1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

WonderNoor accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are:

  • In New Condition: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any tags and accessories.
  • United States Purchases Only: Our return and exchange policy currently applies to purchases made within the United States.

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products:

  • Defective Products: Products with manufacturer defects may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days.
  • Non-Defective Products: If you simply changed your mind, we’ll happily accept the item back in new condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

3. Return Process

Returning an item to WonderNoor is simple:

  1. Contact Us: Begin by reaching out to our customer service team at support@wondernoor.com.
  2. Download and Print Your Free Return Label: After processing your return request, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for you to print and attach to your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Drop off your securely packaged item at any carrier location or schedule a pickup, using the return label provided.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process as outlined above, selecting “Exchange” as the reason for return.
  • Once we receive the item in new condition, we’ll ship the replacement item to you promptly.

5. Fees and Refunds

  • Restocking Fees: WonderNoor does not charge restocking fees on any returns.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.
